A Major Expansion of 800 Free Channels is coming to Google TV

Google announced on its official blog that Google TV is getting 800 free channels, which will be added to the Live tab. The new channels will be provided by multiple providers, such as Tubi, Plex, and Haystack News, and will be available in more than 10 languages.

Users of Google TV in the US and Chromecast with Google TV will be able to access the new tab immediately. Android TV devices will get this feature later in the year.
