As we were contemplating making some huge new changes for our brand, I was looking for something to help us better understand our customers and improve their shopping experience. That’s when I found Shoplift, and it’s been a game changer.
It plugged right into our Shopify theme and made setting up A/B tests super easy. We’ve tested everything from product page tweaks to different homepage layouts, and the insights have helped us make smarter decisions that actually boosted conversions.
The Lift Assist feature is a favorite. The time to value has been huge there as it builds test variations based on our store’s design, which saves time and keeps everything on brand.
Shoplift’s been a huge win for us. If you're trying to level up your site and drive more sales, I’d definitely recommend giving it a shot.
Shoplift "does what it says on the tin", which is high praise for an app that aspires to take complex statistical experimentation and make the process as simple as designing and pushing minor template updates.
Super helpful preview period and onboarding with live reps. Easy to setup and launch. No issues with our custom themes and templates. In our testing Shoplift seems best suited for tracking conversion KPIs and significant changes. Less so for minor details and fine tuning through specific multi-step journeys. For us that is a good thing, as it keeps us focused on business outcomes and not getting endlessly lost in UX/UI.
Gives a good level of reporting by breaking out source groups and device types by default and not requiring us to define every segment in advance. Just be sure you have significant traffic volume going to the pages you want to test. GA4 integration automatically creates custom audiences by test condition whenever you launch a new test, so if you really want to track non-conversion behaviors you can set up your own custom reports in GA.
- UI is very clean, easy to navigate, even for beginners
- Support team is also awesome, very friendly and helpful, always willing to help you even if you are slow or need more time to understand how certain things work
- I have to say it's still quite limited in its features and unable to perform lots of more advanced CRO features that other CRO tools have, but it does seem like they are slowly improving and coming up with new upgrades along the way
