Once you're subscribed, there's no limit to the number of design requests you can add to your queue. We'll handle them one by one, allowing you to focus on your core business without the stress of managing a growing list of design tasks.
How quickly will I receive my designs from Amazy Design?
On average, we aim to complete most design requests in just two days or less, ensuring you get your designs quickly. However, please keep in mind that more complex requests may require additional time to ensure the highest quality output. Our priority is to deliver exceptional designs that meet your needs, and we'll work diligently to do so while meeting your deadlines whenever possible.

What if I have just one design request?
Sure, you have the flexibility to pause your subscription once your current design needs are met and resume it whenever you have more design projects. This way, you can make the most of your subscription without any waste.
Is a refund available if the service does not meet my expectations?
Given the premium quality of our work, we are unable to offer refunds.
How does the pause feature work?
We recognize that you might not have a full month's worth of design tasks. Maybe you only need one or two designs right now. In such cases, pausing your subscription is a convenient option.
Our billing cycles span a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and utilize our service for 21 days before opting to pause, your billing cycle will also be put on hold. This leaves you with 10 days of unused service, which you can access at any point in the future.
