Terrible Experience – Stay Away from Snowball
This app is nothing short of a scam. We were charged nearly INR 68,000 over four months for a service we never used — only two test orders. Out of this, they refunded just INR 17,000, conveniently ignoring the rest.
When we reached out, their team flatly refused to take responsibility or issue a fair refund. It is unacceptable to be forced to pay for a service that was never actually utilised.
Snowball not only wasted our money but also our time with their dismissive support. Merchants should beware — this app is predatory and unfair.
